Return & Warranty Policies
Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.

In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. The Limited Warranty does not apply if determines that the products have been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, act of God, fire or other hazard, or improper shipping or handling, or has been tampered with by any party.
