The failure of TideWe to enforce any provisions of this Agreement or respond to a breach by you or other parties shall not in any way waive its right to enforce subsequently any terms or conditions of this Agreement or to act with respect to similar breaches. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

This Agreement is the entire and final Agreement regarding the TideWe online form(s) and their content, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous communications between TideWe and you regarding the TideWe online form(s) and their contents.

Consent to Receive Electronic Communications from Us

By creating an account and providing your email address to us, you expressly consent to receive electronic and other communications from us, over the short term and periodically, including email communications. These communications will be about your purchases, your customer service inquiries,etc.

In addition, we may send or display information to you regarding TideWe's Services, upcoming promotions and other information that may be of interest to you, by using your email address that you have provided to us, or any other appropriate means, subject always to obtaining your prior opt-in consent to the extent required under applicable law.

You can cancel any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from TIDEWE again, just sign up as you did the first time and TIDEWE will start sending messages to you again.
