1. Post-Use Storage
Clear off dirt, dust, fallen leaves and all other debris after every use.Keep the blind stored in a dry, well-ventilated location.Never fold or pack the blind while it is damp—moisture will lead to mildew growth within just a few days. Always let the fabric air-dry fully before collapsing and putting it away.
2. UV & Weather Damage Warning
Prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays will degrade thin fabric fibers over time, causing discoloration, loss of tensile strength, and eventual fabric deterioration.To maximize the service life of your ground blind:Avoid leaving it exposed to direct sunlight for long stretches; set it up in shaded areas whenever feasible.Standing pooled rainwater or accumulated snow can also result in irreversible permanent damage to the blind structure and fabric.
3. Cleaning Guidelines
When cleaning is necessary, gently wipe or rinse the blind with clean water or a mild detergent solution.Do not use strong abrasive cleaners, bleach, or machine wash the unit, as these products will degrade and ruin its waterproof coating.

Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. I originally bought this blind for deer and small game hunting, but I was able to use it recently as a shelter so my daughter could take her first shots in comfort, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. It was a cold, windy day, but inside the blind we stayed warm, comfortable, and completely shielded from the wind. Later, when the sun came out, it provided excellent shade as well, so we were comfortable the entire time. The interior space is outstanding. There was plenty of room for my daughter, my dad, and me to sit and shoot comfortably without feeling cramped. We also had enough space to keep two rifles and their cases inside with us. The windows and walls provided great visibility while still keeping us sheltered. Overall, this blind proved to be incredibly versatile. Not only is it great for its intended purpose of hunting, but it also made my daughter’s first shooting experience warm, comfortable, and enjoyable instead of battling the elements. It’s stable, roomy, practical, and highly recommended.
The blind is awesome! Big! It handled my 3 grandkids and myself with our chairs easily. The outside camo was very good and Easy to camo with grass etc. You will need better stakes , the ones that come with it are not big enough if you have high winds. I give it a 5 out of 5!
Amazing hunting blind, light weight and goes up quick just as they advertise. Glad I went with the 5 side with deeper openings. My set up was on high ground so the deeper openings was perfect. Will be recommending it to all my hunting friends!
I am amazed at how well you can see through the blind sides. No need to open all the windows to see what it coming. I had a doe walk within 5 yards and never gave me a second look. I am impressed.
My son, granddaughter, and I love this blind. We have a 360° view angle. In the first 2 days of the season we filled 3 of our tags. It was great being able to see the deer coming with out them seeing any motion. The windows open with no noise and very little motion. We had one day with 20-25mph wind driven hail. We were snug in a blind that actually holds 3 people. My son is 6'4" and 245lbs and I am 6', we can get up and stretch our legs. We removed our damaged blind and had this one anchored down in less than an hour.
The VisFive360 was so easy to set up on my platform stand. I needed the extra elevation to hunt this sloped swamp bottom and it is It is perfect for the area. Will hunt out of the stand for the first time this weekend. Hope to send more pictures.

Ordered this blind on a Monday and it showed up on a Wednesday at my home. I actually thought it was easier to set up than a standard 4 sided blind. The space is wonderful and exactly what I was looking for in a blind that my wife and I call the sunset blind. I wanted the large-low windows because I have it placed on a 10ft tall platform and needed the window to open enough for the downward view. The blind was easy to put together/install
I've been looking for a large blind with a door that raises in order to push in a wheelchair. I'm involved in an organization called "Back in the Woods Again" here in NC. I really like the way the windows open, the 360 degree see through, the tough exterior, and the black out tarp that is provided. This blind is advertised as a 4 to 5 man blind. This blind will fit 2 men with chairs, tripod and equipment. 3 at the most.
I purchased this blind for my son-in-law. He was so excited that he set it up immediately. He is an experienced hunter and he knows a lot about the equipment needed. We were both very impressed with the high quality of this blind. As a bonus, it was very easy to set up and take down, only requiring a couple of minutes. He shared it with our neighbor and he also loved it. Now we are ordering him one, too. Definitely recommend this blind! Great job, Tidewe!!!!!

I am paralyzed and use a Trackchair to hunt I am able to get into this blind easily and my gun apparatus works well that is attached to my chair since there is ample space and viewing

I had never bought anything from TideWe before so I didn’t know what to expect. However, after placing my order it came within a few days-much faster than expected. After receiving my blind (360 five sided), I am very impressed with the quality and build. I have had hunting blinds in the past, and enjoyed them. But this is my first see -through blind. All I can say is Wow! The difference and quality is through the roof compared to my old blinds. I love everything about it! Instead of having a couple of small windows to peep through like the old blinds, I can seen clearly through all sides. Mine has the 300 d (maybe all do now) and it feels plenty thick enough and tear resistant ( twice as thick as my old blind and more durable feeling. Only time will tell how it holds up. But for now I highly recommend it and the TideWe brand! I don’t think any brand could make a blind any better than this one!

I like the blind but am a little disappointed in the fact that it is advertised as a 4-5 person blind and it’s pretty small. With myself and 3 young boys in it it’s very tight. I would say at best this is actually a 2-3 person with 3 being close quarters.

TIDEWE blinds have to be the best bang for your buck out there when it comes to ground blinds. Ordered the VisFive360 and it arrived within 2 days. It’s 100% as advertised. I haven’t got to sit in it yet other than setting it up. I think it’s going to be great ! My only suggestion would to be replace the small thin tent stakes that come with it , with a type of stake that is more of an auger to keep them from pulling right out . P.S. is there a way to add my wader purchases to my rewards. I did not realize you guys had a rewards program when I purchased them 🤦🏽
