    Noise Reduction Design: The metal frame under the armrest is coated by a quiet sponge, reducing any unwanted noises. TideWe uses a silent screw-in knob to replace the traditional bolt, providing zero noise while spinning in your blind.

    User Friendly Design: Adjustable shoulder strap and compression strap for chair makes for convenient transport. TideWe screw-in design makes it quick and easy for assembling even in your blind, with little light.

    RETURN POLICIES

    Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number. 

    If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.

    To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address. 

    If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

    LIMITED WARRANTY POLICIES

    TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.

    The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed,  used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. The Limited Warranty does not apply if determines that the products have been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, act of God, fire or other hazard, or improper shipping or handling, or has been tampered with by any party.

    I have always wondered if TideWe actually held up to the hype or not. After buying multiple blinds from other companies and their blinds only lasting one or two seasons, I decided to give TideWe a shot. First off, let me say, I was blown away at how fast my order was marked for shipping. Within 30 minutes of my order, it was marked ready to ship with tracking. That's fast. My order was delivered today, within 3 days and just got it set up with the chair. First initial thoughts on quality has surpassed my expectations. The VisMax 3-4 person blind has more than enough space. The 300D material is top notch. The setup was much more solid feeling than previous brands and the roof does not have pin holes like most other brands out there. I like the fact the the exterior has brush loops to add concealment to the outside for a more hidden look. Not to mention the quick release hooks for the door to minimize noise entering/exiting the blind. 9.5/10 on quality only because I feel the door size is nice but wish it was a tad wider and I wish there was some sort of wall mounted pouch inside to put small items in during a hunt. Maybe TideWe will see this and make it an option in their blinds. Now the chair... Another top notch design and super comfortable to sit it. The adjustment this thing had is excellent. 3 adjustment settings to lift the seat height and all 4 legs have the option to telescope out for more height adjustment or to level the seat on uneven terrain. The padded seat cover is a nice touch and adds to the comfort for long sits in the blind. The 360 degree silent swivel is awesome for turning to look out all side of the blind. The ability to remove the legs and strap them to the fold up chair and shoulder carry the whole unit is a great idea. 10/10 on the chair design for comfort portability.

    Gave the combo to my hubby for his birthday. He was very pleased with the whole setup. The chair is especially well done. No tools needed to change height on seat or legs. Very versatile.     I think this blind is absolutely awesome, hunting season does not start here in Rhode Island until September 15th but I'm hoping this new style blind will be a game changer for me !!!     I have ordered a few blinds in the years as my husband and I both hunt our property. I was excited to see the quality with this purchase and blends in well in our woods. It is a nice size as we both can sit in it comfortably. I'm thinking of ordering another to put in another area on our property with archery season coming up. Happy I chose this product.
