We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. The Limited Warranty does not apply if determines that the products have been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, act of God, fire or other hazard, or improper shipping or handling, or has been tampered with by any party.

Functions as described. My only complaint is the brightness of the heat indicator/selector. I suggest putting a velcro flap to cover it. I will have to fashion my own, but this is a great jacket for Texas "winter" hunting.

Good quality, many pockets, solid stitching, impressive camo design, fitted style not too baggy. Battery has poor connectivity at USB ports, causing power interruptions and leading heating element to stop working. Jacket is great. Battery not so much.

We ordered the heated hunting jacket, the battery charger pack was faulty. I contacted the company immediately, they were excellent to deal with, promptly sent us a new battery pack. It works great! We tested the jacket and it works as promised in the product details. We are very happy customers!!!

Well made, lightweight but warm
Its a nice jacket and without the heat on its decently warm. Too be honest i dont really feel the heat in the jacket unless i push my back against something and the heating elements are pressed against me. My Milwaukee jacket i actually felt the heat in but overall the jacket is warm just not overly impressed by it.

I purchased the heated jacket and on the website it says that it has a removable heated hood. Looking at the jacket, it looks great but I do not see how the hood can be heated since it is not connected in anyway to the wiring.
