We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. It is accurate and easy to use and it is good for the price point
I was using the range finder to get distance on ducks on a recent hunt in the Outerbanks in NC. It worked great. The veiw was clear, the distance spot on. It helped save us on unnecessary shots, that would have been out of range. It's light-weight, compact, easy to carry. I kept it in my wader jacket pocket the whole time. I highly recommend it.

Range finder works great! Would be nice if writing inside would be a different color for low light situations, but otherwise pleased.
i got this last week because the old one i had that i paid around 200 for got broken,after using the tidwe 1000 there’s no comparison this one focuses in alot better and the numbers on the screen are bigger for us older guys. great range finder especially for the price

This is the 2nd one i’ve purchased. i was impressed enough to give the first one to my son and had to have one for myself. I will be using this bow hunting this season. The real selling point is the compact size, rechargeable batteries, and the ability to scan a moving target. Features you would find in a much more expensive unit.

This is the only range finder I’ve ever looked through. But I don’t see what else you could really want. Maybe more magnification out to 700 yards but overall no complaints
