Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. Absolutely love this blind! Super easy set up love the see through walls and the full size door. I'm a big man and it's so much quieter and easier to get in and out of the blind. This Is my 4th Tidewe blind great features and durability 👍👍
Very easy to set up, plenty of height for a 6’7”man to stand up in the blind. The photos are after a snow freezing, snapped the roof back up after dumping the ice and all was fine. Very sturdy system. Would recommend this blind

Ordered 2 of the same style blind. I put 1 up the other day. When I was ordering, I was curious about the basically the full size door and view versus being hidden. Hunted the blind a few hours that evening and I was really loving the door. As far as the view, it was nice. I was concerned how well I would be able to see around me as dark came. Jury is still out on how l like that aspect. Definitely something to get use to but do not believe it will take long. I also love the height. Never been able to stand completely upright in a ground blind. Overall for first night out, I have no regrets on purchasing.
A little heavy for daily in and out carry but for my 12 year old who likes to fegit it made all the difference. I am disabled and had to use a hand wagon to take it into and out of hunting spot , but super easy to setup and take down. And that was the first time I used it. She was able to fegit inside it without spooking anything and saw the doe threw the side wall which made a nice memory.

Was little concerned because was more $$ than I wanted to spend. WORTH EVERY PENNY! Very impressed with design and engineering so well thought out. EZ assembly solid construction. I really enjoy the Tidewe products, but the No Trip Door takes the cake. Having suffered a stroke this past summer this blind enables me to safely transverse the entry and exit, making my hunting experience much safer and more enjoyable.
Great service, came quick and I sat it up in my driveway to get familiar with it. Setup was very easy and loved the walk in entrance. I just put it in the woods and I absolutely love it. Will definitely be in it this weekend. I'm 71 years old and I highly recommend this blind to anyone my age.
This is blind is awesome. The see through panels are nice cause you only need to open what you want. Keeps you out of the elements and easy set up. The no trip entrance is a great feature as you come in and out when it's dark out.

I am very happy with this purchase. The blind is made from quality material (I got the 300 denier). It was very windy the first day into the second day of deer opener in Northern MN this past weekend and the stand held up great! I had issues with my old blind with the silent slide windows almost from the beginning...BUT not the ones on this TideWe blind! These do not catch on the fabric and are super smooth. The see-through feature in these blinds are great and work well for close-range vision (up to 40yrds). As you get farther out, you loose some definition, but it is get for that quick glance around to spot movement. Perhaps the best feature for me, is the full walk through door. I was a bit apprehensive if it would be more of a hassle to set up with the added poles, but it was super easy and well worth the few extra minutes. It was so great getting myself, my son and all of our gear in-and-out each day.
Love the room and open feeling
Sit in this blind for the first time tonight. Had two flocks of turkeys, some were within five feet and was not detected. Saw eight does and they could not see me. The best thing is you are able to stand and stretch out.
This blind is truly a game changer. I built an 8'x8'x8' platform to put this on, secured with carabiners in lieu of using the ground stakes. My worry was that it would be tough to set this up on the platform with the limited space, but it's SO EASY. One person can do it in literally a few minutes. I'd imagine on the ground where most will use this, you could do it in a minute flat. The 70"x70" model we got is more than enough space to comfortably fit 2 chairs, a tripod, cooler, and range bag. We put the blind to official use for the first time this past weekend and my son, on his first hunt, got a nice buck out of it. We were set up 100yds out and the deer had no idea we were there. In fact, for an entire hour before sunrise, they were literally underneath us waiting for the feeder to go off (intense, when you're trying to keep your kiddo quiet and patient!). Lastly, another great thing that you hope for but don't always expect, is that you can easily fit the blind right back in the bag when you're done. This sucker is going to get a lot of use, I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone on the fence.
Order fulfillment and shipping were fast. Set up was stupid easy. Can be done by one person but an extra set of hands doesn't hurt. The kids want to sleep outside overnight in them, tons of room.

I was a little skeptical as I tend to be when I saw the ads for this. But, I needed a hunting blind for my new location And thought I would give these a try. I have not used it in the field yet but setting it up showed me that I had not made a mistake. I look forward putting it up on the mountain and harvesting my deer. The ads are not misleading. Product is as good as claimed. Turns out after the fact a good friend of mine has had one for a while, as does his brother and they both love theirs.
Just arrived and set up on my front porch, am very impressed with the quality of this blind. Truthfully I didn't expect it to be this nice. The see through is very good, not exactly great but I also asked for the thicker material so that's to be expected. Will be building a movable platform for it and I can't wait for deer season. Next spring I will do an update.

Great blind the door is a plus for ease in entry and exit the only downfall I have found is at the lower 1/2 of the door. There are no magnets or clips to keep the door shut. This allows the bottom of the door to flap in the wind. Other than that the blind is spacious and comfortable.

Although I have just received my Tidewe. I am turning 75 years old in November. And the bigger foot print, and the door opening is a big plus for me getting inside the pop up has been a struggle with the older stiles . So excited to get to try this out. Thanks again Tidewe David
