Up to 10 working hours on the low, 5.5 on medium, and 3 on high.

Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. I got this heated seat as a Christmas gift from my daughter. We hunted in February and it was in the teens, but I only needed to set the seat temp to medium. The battery lasted most of the day. Very light to carry. I set it up on my swivel seat. I love it. Now my wife and daughter, who both hunt with me in their own blinds, each want one for themselves. I recommend a 2nd battery, just in case, and to recharge your phone, headlamp, etc in the blind.
Game changer ! Worked great on a 7 hour hunt . It was 34° and I used it on low on just the bottom section .
This seat is great for keeping warm and dry on long sits. The biggest issue is durability. One of the back stays/stiffeners poked thru the fabric after literally one day of hunting.

Better than I could have expected stays so hot keeps you in the stand longer
I love it I have hip problems and this cushion is really comfortable and the heat helps my hip so I can sit in my blind longer. The only problem I had was the shipping department they forgot to send it out and took 2 weeks get it and I live only 4 hrs away. Customer service was great in response to the problem I will purchase again from this company.
Started my morning at 28 degrees. Set until six thirty at night, enjoying the warm seat. Was able to throttle it on and off all day. Only used one battery. Very pleased.
What is there not to like? Comfortable, portable, and lightweight are what you will find with the Tidewe heated hunting seat cushion!! It comes with a built-in heating pad and battery pack that really takes it up a notch w/ the various ports like USB, etc. The seat is quite firm which is helpful if you need to be seated a while. The back has a sturdiness and support that anyone with back issues will appreciate. I used it to soften the blow in the bleachers at a recent outdoor sporting event. The heating element came in quite handy as the night chill set in. Finally, the hunting cushion is water-resistant and the bottom is made from a rubber material. I would definitely recommend this product for hunters and the like!

So it makes a long sit in a tree stand very comfortable and doable. Even if I don’t need the heating function that makes it worth it. Improves: the illuminated LED warmth indicators are super visible in low light. Something more discreet would be a better option. The velcro battery pack is loud And last. Shifting one’s weight in the seat causes it to unintentionally cycle through the function options. Still - I can’t live without it now. Great product.
Great seat cushion, I have used it in the hunting blind and also at my grandsons football games and it is fantastic. Makes a huge difference in your outdoor comfort when it is cold.

Perfect for cold weather in a ladder stand. I didn’t get cold at all and it was in the 20’s. I would advise buying the extra battery if you plan on running it in full power though.

Haven't used for hunting yet, but from the kitchen chair, this thing is pretty comfortable. The bottom has enough cushion to be firm, but not too firm. The seat back is about the same. It heated quick and on high, it was extremely warm so it should help during cold weather. If needed, will return to this review after hunting season 2026

My old Treestands seat basically rotted over the year being up and exposed to the elements. So while sitting up in my Treestand with my Butt going numb at 15° for the last 3 hours I said that's it. Saw your add before so said to myself I can't take that cold anymore and put my order in for your heated seat. Well it works amazingly well. Comfortable and warm. What's not to like. I highly recommend it.

My Wife bought me one of these for Christmas last year. We also bought one for my brother. I used mine during turkey season and I didn't need the heat, but was impressed by how comfortable the cushion was. The long strap and very light weight makes it easy to carry. The heat feature was very nice during deer hunting when it got cold. The high setting was to hot for me, but I turned it on high until it got warm then turned it down to keep a steady heat. I have back issues, and have been using it for heat therapy in my chair in the living room. Excellent product! Oh, and my brother loves his too.
