Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. Comes out of the box ready to use which is nice when you're busy and want to just get out there. The seat is large so your coat or overalls don't get bunched up either direction and deep enough as well. The feet extend out well enough to keep it stable and the foot pads eliminate the concern of pushing into the ground and tipping over. The seat height is adjusted with a pin so best to determine that once in the blind. Note the difference from the competitor ones on the right, and they had to be assembled.

This chair is incredibly comfortable. I do agree with most about having to put it together. If you don't place all 4 screws in before tightening them all down, then the adjustable bottom will never line up properly. Other than that the chair is very quiet even with the seat cover installed. Looking forward to using this in my Tidewe blind.

I needed an adjustable, comfortable, quiet chair and you realy aren't going to find one without squeaky joints. This chair is absolutely silent. Easy setup. Could be a touch wider and lower to the ground. I'm tall and 309lbs and the window in the tidwe blind is at chest hight while sitting in the chair. Other than that I would trade it for a car at this moment.!

I used this on a black bear hunt last week. I was in a crappy little ground blind (not mine) sitting on really unstable rough ground (I didn’t put it there) This chair is highly adjustable and comfortable. I was able to easily level and stabilize the chair on the unlevel rock and root infested ground I was on. I was able to get the seat hight perfectly adjusted to the little window in the blind.. I’ve gone through a bunch of chair/sitting options and this is by far the best. On the negative side it isn’t the most mobile. The base is bulky and even with my own strapping system it’s tough getting through the woods with it.. That said, once it’s there it’s awesome. One more negative is the knobs that hold the base and seat together.. The system works but it’s a lot of small parts to loose. Bigger more robust knobs would be better..I bought a spare 6mm thumbscrew and tapped it under the seat in case a knob falls off or gets lost. In the end it worked for me and my hunt was successful…

Love the chair. It’s as silent and as comfortable as advertised. I do wish it to have been lighter. In my opinion it’s not light at all. Notice they don’t give the actual weight. It is easy enough to pack in though.
