Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. The Limited Warranty does not apply if determines that the products have been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, act of God, fire or other hazard, or improper shipping or handling, or has been tampered with by any party.

Nice easy setup! Love it
They don't even know your there, but you can see them the whole time. I was a little skeptical at first but these blinds work. You can set down and see right through the sides below the windows.
I love Tidewe blinds. I now have two blinds. I just opened my second blind today and there is one issue. One of the straps on the clips used to hold the door open was damaged as you can see in the pictures. Other than that the blind is perfect. One of the things I really like is my 10 year old grandson can see through the blind sitting on a small chair. He isnt tall enough to see out a window in a regular blind.

2026 Spring Gobbler, first hunt for my seven year old grandaughter. Opening morning, called in five jakes to our decoy set fifteen yards from the blind. The 180 degree view was great as we watched them cross the field. The ability to see them approaching gave us enough time and concelment to be able to position and keep her calm. She took that opportunity to put her tag on a jake. Two weeks later, I harvested a mature tom from the same blind.
Too hot to stay in long. Easy & quick setup. Just amazed at the views ! Been wanting this blind for a while. 75 years young , now able to see more area fast. Thank you for a great product! Jim
My son and i doubled on opening morning of 2026 Pa spring turkey. The Tidewe 4 man blind was spacious and concealing. I highly recommend it for youth or two man hunts easy setup and takedown and medium weight to carry. Delivery was fast and package arrived as expected. Works great. Set up was easy. Only thing that could have been better was if the windows went down about 6 inches lower so shooting would be easier to do while sitting down.
Haven’t had to use the worry free experience yet. I can say that the bag my turkey blind came in tore. I contacted Tidewe and they had a replacement on the way quickly. Great company that stands by their products.
Got the 270° Tidewe blind before turkey season. Had to get the hang of setting it up, but after I did, it went up in 2 min. The first time out, I bungied a folding chair to the blind and carried it into where I would set up. After setting up and climbing in, it was awesome! Sooo much better than sitting at the foot of a tree, cramped up, unable to move, getting covered in bugs! Now I'm comfortable, in a chair, able to move inside and absolutely invisible to anything outside. Love it!!! Anyway, my distance estimate was off and I missed a bird from about 60 yd! Went back a few days later and dropped this big boy (20 lb, 11" beard & 1.25" spurs), this time from 40 yd. I think it was him I missed the first day that I hunted with the blind. All good!!!

The first time I stepped into the blind, I was amazed. The clarity of 270°, with the confidence of concealment was above and beyond my expectations, compared to traditional blinds.
This is the the second blind I purchased from this company. I found them to be extremely durable light and easy you to carry a set up quickly and breakdown also as quickly and have you visibility all around me makes it a real asset when you’re hunting. First time using this blind, and couldn’t be happier! Was able to see two Toms come out down the field, and watch them come all the way in, thanks to the see through sides. I will say, if shooting a bow, you’ll want a seat with plenty of height adjustment. The bottom of the window is pretty high. So keep that in mind. As far as the height of the roof, I love it!! I’m 6’3” and can stand straight up with plenty of clearance. That makes it nice to be able to get up and stretch now and then. All in all, I’d say this is a great product!

Turkeys can’t see you in that blind. It’s pretty easy to see out of with the 270* view. I will be purchasing another one.
Used my blind for the first time today. I found it a little harder to pull the hubs out but it held nice and tight. I really enjoy the ability to have a 270 degree field of view without having to open all of the windows. Speaking of windows, they open and close very nicely and quietly. So far I am enjoying this blind and like it as much or more than any other hub blind I have owned. It was also much lighter to pack in than other blinds I have owned.

Wish the door was a bit larger… I’m 6’ and 275# and it’s tight getting in and out. I had looked at the 3-4 man but one review said the windows were too high to shoot through while sitting. I recently mounted it to a wood floor on wheels, making it a small trailer easily pulled with golf cart. Also elevated off the ground about 20”. Plenty room inside for me and two large dogs, 120# retriever and 65# husky. Dogs can easily see out of the lower portion yet husky likes to sit in the chair and watch through open windows. Also installed a Bog 360 chair… really liking this setup.
Glad you reached out…… one box with a tent and stakes was fine. The other box was damaged and taped at the end and 3/4 of the way down the box. Both damaged areas were taped back together with clear packing tape. Upon inspection the tent and carrying bag look fine. Missing out the bag with stakes and tether cords? Hoping you can resend the missing parts. I’ll change my review to five stars. You folks have always been very good. Thanks for your help. Lin Bosler
