Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.

To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com.

TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. I ordered this and 3 days later, it was delivered to my house. I haven't had the chance to hunt out of it yet but I set it up on my driveway and I'm very impressed. I've had some of the more expensive pop-up blinds but I can't say that they were made any better than this one. Seems to be good quality hardware as well as the material. Set up was very quick and simple so if you have ever set up another pop up, this one shouldn't be any trouble I'm looking forward to setting it up in South Texas this year and doing some bow hunting out of it! I have already recommended these to a couple of olfriends!

We haven’t had a chance to hunt with it yet, but are very excited to try it. The 2nd time taking it out of the bag and setting it up it took my son and I 47 seconds. This doesn’t include staking it down. Super fast and easy set up. Love the 360 degree view. Definitely cuts down on the wind inside. I’m 6’4” and could comfortably stand up inside it. 4 people would have to be small, but definitely 3 comfortably and 2 with quite a bit of extra space. Got this on sale for a great price for the great quality. Very happy with this purchase so far and would recommend it!

Set up is quick and easy, 1-2 minutes. Visibility is great. Access thru the full back panel is great and it does zipper open/close or can be held closed with elastic latches. I am 6'5" tall and stood up inside it comfortably with bending. Haven't used it in the field so cant attest to durability, but no red flags on initial set up and repacking for storage. Also, even with free shipping it arrived 2 days after ordered. All seems as advertised.

I love my the blind! It’s super easy to set up. I’m 6’1” and can walk right in and still have plenty of room overhead. It’s got some weight to it, so I wouldn’t want to carry it a mile, but it’s fine to go a couple hundred yards in to the woods. 360 degrees of clear views with plenty of windows to shoot through in every direction. I couldn’t get it back in to the carrying case as neatly as it was when I first opened it, but that’s probably user error.

Very easy set-up! Got to figure the order on take down!! Make sure it's staked down!!! Customer Service was great all the way through from ordered the wrong one, to can't ship it back in the box, it ripped, to offering money back once I could order the right one, to had to wait so offered more, to listening to my experience with the blind rolling away, using the original blind they almost paid me to keep, to offering a replacement of the blind that I didn't have completely staked down (not just the corners but the pull out rings (8 ropes a must in wind turbine area)). Remember, STAKE IT DOWN with 8 ropes!!! The first one just left me holding the bags(stake bag, black out wall and orange corners laying right where the blind had been, then the carry bag out in the field hinting at a direction I went for 3 hours looking in fields in that direction)!!! All in all, This is a great product!!!

Was able to fit my 2 grandsons and myself comfortably into the blind. Ended up taking a deer that evening they were able to move around and not be seen which was helpful. Folding it up and putting back into the bag is the only complaint I have.

I was skeptical about this blind at first, but for the price I figured it was worth a shot. Well so far its awesome! I got the 3-4 person blind and there is a ton of room in it. The best part is that it's tall enough for me to shoot my 64" longbow. I'm looking forward to hunting season! And, I've already ordered a second one, although now they appear to be backordered, so hopefully it gets here in time.

I have one of the smaller blinds, but felt a little cramped with the grandkids with me. The 3-4 man 360 is awesome. The large opening is going to be great for kids, chairs, tri-pods, weapons, etc. I’m 6’2” and no longer have to crouch down while inside (Thanks). We truly love this blind! It is exactly as described. Three to four people could easily fit in there. We added two hunting chairs and there was plenty of room behind them for two more. We could both stand up and had plenty of space to move around. The windows were whisper quiet. You can definitely see 360 degrees and you could not see anything from the outside. The materials are good quality and set up took less than 30 seconds, before securing it to the ground. I highly recommend this blind. If I could say anything negative it all, and it’s an easy fix, I would recommend Tidewe put a “latch” in the back door window. Where the two window sections come together, there is a little bit of a gap where the fabric was wrinkled during shipping. We easily fixed this with a large paper clip, just long enough for the fabric to settle back into place. This blind is a must have for hunting season.
