Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. Just got it haven't hunted out of it yet. But I did set it up and so far I love it..
The jacket I like but the hood on the jacket is too big it covers my eyes but I guess if you don't want your face getting wet I guess it's okay but you're not going to hardly be able to see but the pants you guys need to do a lot better job on because the velcro runs out on the bottom of the pants where the shoes go if you're going to tighten them up at all but it will still be too loose on even the last part of the velcro and what about belt buckles there is none on the pants and the pants are too big for me so I'm going to have to keep on holding up the pants what's up with that and why can't I order 2x on the bottom and 3X on top why does it have to be one or the other? And why didn't you guys put belt buckles on I think that's really ridiculous.

Fits great soft material breathable it rained all day yesterday thankfully I received the rain suit a few days ago it was a test on the durability of suit I love the sleeves at the wrist cuffs no water getting in and draining down my arm pits while I was reinstalling the tarp back on my roof of my shop that the high winds blew off The pants are great also really like the end of leg Velcro straps allows you to tighten them around your boot tops I definitely recommend this rain suit For hunters or farmers or people in general everyone !!

The rain suit is perfect for my needs and appears well constructed included the coat’s pockets which are covered to keep rain out. Better than the product is the service I received. I’m 6’6” 245lbs and initially erred and ordered small and upon calling Tidewe they arranged for the return and sent me the correct xx large and the pants are long enough as are the coat’s sleeves! I can’t say enough about the company, their products and those they have on staff. Very pleased!

Love the suit. It's lightweight and is quiet and comfortable. Have worn the jacket in light rain and it performed well.

After exhaustive research and reading countless reviews, I purchased this set of rainwear and I'm SO thankful I did! The material is a good weight and durable. All seams are sealed on the inside. The jacket has pockets with an overlapping flap to keep items dry. The zipper is sturdy and did not snag material. The sleeves have an elastic cuff that is 2-3" inside the end to keep rain from traveling inside. I wasn't 100% which size to get (I'm 5'4" and 190#) so I ordered both a large and XL - the large fit, but was still a little big, with plenty of room to layer underneath the jacket and wear hiking pants under the bottoms. The pants were a little long on ME - but I have a short inseam. The hood is on the larger side, fit nicely over a ball cap and can be pulled tighter. I returned the XL with zero problems. I wore this hiking for 3 days with everything from light mist/fog to torrential downpours and it kept me dry and warm. The material sheds water extremely well and held up climbing rocky paths and tight trails with branches rubbing. It also dries quickly. I like that it folds up nicely and fits back into the bag it comes in. It *may* be a little heavy for thru hikers who are carrying everything with them, but it worked great with a base camp and day pack ????

Works as intended!! Perfect for going fishing in the rain. Keeps you dry and definitely keeps you warm, using it during the colder temperatures is definitely suggested though. It's super easy to put on and wear, and it's easy to hike in. The suit is very simple and gets the job done.
Great light weight material and roomy enough to put warm clothes under but doesn’t fit to baggy without. All around I love this product and would order it again. I only wish the pants had pockets as well as the coat.

They also come in a carrying bag that the pants and coat actually fit back into. We wear these every time we go hiking now! The fit is great as well!
