Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com.

TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. The Limited Warranty does not apply if determines that the products have been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, act of God, fire or other hazard, or improper shipping or handling, or has been tampered with by any party.

I bought size large, I’m 6 foot 2 and weight 180 lbs. I probably could have gotten a medium but I wanted to wear a hoodie underneath on cold days

Great really comfortable and on time shipping
Ordered an XL (the size I wear normally) and it fits great. It headed up very quickly. The soft interior is nice but not as thick as I anticipated. The fabric is not super quiet. It will be great for duck hunting, may be a little loud for bow hunting.
Went goose hunting and sat in an uncut corn field. I was amazed at how well the veil camo blends in. I’ve been goose hunting since the 80s and never disappeared like that. Keep up the great work!
39 degrees 20 mph winds with rain sleet and snow was very comfortable and stayed dry!!! I never turned the heat on because I didn’t need it. I have another brands jacket that I thought was great till I used this one.
Waited almost a year for this to come back in stock! The XL fits perfect with enough room for layers. Looking forward to using the internal heat feature during late season sits. This thing is built to last. Quality control is on point with barely any loose threads or uneven stitching. I have several Tidewe products and I am a believer!!

I love this jacket! Waterproof, windproof and heated. What else can you ask for. This is a great late season early winter jacket.
I purchased this for deer hunting. It works perfectly. I now stay warm and comfortable when normally I was freezing cold. Make sure to purchase an extra power pack. It’s worth the money along with the additional power supply for charging my phone.
Thought it was a full zip not a half zip my fault for not reading the full description, but would've rather had a full zip. Not a fan of pullovers.
