We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.

To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.

Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. This is the 3rd or 4th pair of waders I’ve gotten from tidewe and they’re just a fantastic budget wader option. Tough and watertight, I’m on my second season of my first pair and I just got my wife and father a pair for this season. For the price you can’t beat them, and they’re the warmest breathable wader I’ve worn during season.

I’ve used Neoprene waders in the past and always seem to be uncomfortable in them. They were warm but nothing compared to these breathable ones. I stayed warm and dry I don’t sweat nearly as much as the neoprene. I would recommend these.
Bought these for my son as a Christmas present. He is a big fella (3xl) size 13 shoe. They fit well, a little snug around the middle also he said they feel a little tight around the calf. But overall very satisfied with the purchase. This is just the review from 1st try on, we have not hunted with them yet

Haven't used them yet, but the quality seems awesome! Im 5'7 200lbs and I got the 10's and they fit pretty good. They are a bit tall, but that juat gives me extra room to move and to layer up. Can't wait to get them in the water!

My buddie had an extra pair of these along when we went for a sea duck hunt in Massachusetts. It was single digit temperatures with 30mph winds and I was shocked how well these waders kept me warm. The waders are flexible enough to maintain movement (as much as you could hope for when having 3 or 4 layers on underneath) while getting in an out of boat on to rock piles in the ocean. I was so impressed with them that when I got home I ordered a pair right away.

I never once got cold with the breathable wader, very comfortable and the reinforced material around the knees and legs are a nice feature especially for walking thru thick brush. I was excited about the arrival of these Tidewe waiters. They took about 12 days to arrive. I immediately opened up the box and put them on. They felt great felt warm. The shoe size was perfect. As we were hunting, my hunting buddies were bundled up with extra installation and coats, electric socks, and one of them had foot warmers inside their boots. I had just a normal pair of socks on longjohns and a pair of sweats and I was perfect. About 23° and the high of 32. I did have hand warmers inside my chest hand warmer pocket, which I really really enjoyed. I liked having shotgun shell access on my chest for quick reloading. But overall super comfortable, super warm. My next pair I will entertain the full front zipper, which I feel it warrants specific purposes.

Just got a new pair of the Aquawade Pro’s. I shopped all over the place, compared brands and prices. After looking bang for buck and my budget these seemed like the best for the $$$. I’m 5’8 225lbs, short and fat with a size 8 shoe. I reviewed their sizing chart and decided to size up to a 9 to ensure proper fit and comfort of the waders. Went on my first hunt with them today, 40° and raining. I don’t wear waders often maybe a couple times a year. 1. The waders were great, did the job and kept me warm and dry 2. I wish they made a stout size. The boots are just slightly big (which I expected) but the waders while they fit are very snug. So I might consider a different brand that has stout sizes if your an above average dad bod type of build. 3. Overall I’m happy with them, they work fantastic and kept me plenty warm and dry. The boots are comfortable and have a great tread. The shipping was prompt and the product is as advertised.

Love the waders. Extremely comfortable and warm. The only negative thing i could say if I'm being picky is I didn't see where Tidewe offered a "stout" size. I normally buy a "stout" wader that gives us bigger fellas a little more room in the waders without having to go up a size or 2 in boot. The boot in the 12 fit like a dream but the waders where quite snug. I had zero issues with the return and received my new pair quickly. I went up 2 sizes to make sure I didn't have a 2nd return. Turns out I would have been fine to go up 1 size but that's my fault. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and will order from Tidewe again unless they just do not hold up at all but I really don't see that being an issue. Thanks Tidewe!

Absolutely best waders for the price, even better customer service! I had been researching a lot of different kinds of breathable waders for a while before making my purchase and ended up on these. I'm 5'5 and fairly stocky so finding waders that fit me comfortably has been difficult. I had reached out on Tidewe's online chat to receive their insight on what size I should get and ended up going with their recommendation of an 11. They told me I'd probably have to "wear them in" but when they arrived, it seemed like it was a deeper issue than that. First off, the whole upper body was almost completely air tight (thus not allowing me to squat or bend over) and the area where the boot is sealed to the pant leg was EXTREMELY tight around my calf. I decided to give it a go and try to "wear it in" but after just one day of hunting in these I just couldn't take it anymore; my legs were welted up and bruised in a ring around where the top of the boot would fit on my calf from how tight it was. (I will say, though, that they kept me dry and warm the whole time I was out) I reached out to Tidewe's customer support and explained the issue and asked to exchange for a larger size. They almost immediately resolved the issue at their expense and i was able to get the bigger size within a couple of days. Now that I'm in a size 12, these are very comfortable and easy to move around in. I appreciate the punctuality and generosity of their customer service agent who assisted me. I thought Tidewe was pretty decent before but this experience has secured me as a permanent Tidewe customer. **Note to "bigger guys" (specifically guys with thick legs/calves): Order at LEAST one size up, you'll thank me later.

Just unboxed these bad boys and wow … I’ve always heard of tide we through fellow waterfowl hunters and was a little skeptical but I bit the bullet for my birthday and ordered them … right out of the box they are soft … made very well … warm .. comfortable.. and they look cool as well … fit like a glove … 6’2” 210 … size 10 I wear a 11 in tennis shoe … pockets everywhere… sturdy seam and the insulation down in the boot is amazing … don’t even get me started about the quilted inside… that was a must have … now that being said I haven’t put them to the test in this brutal Colorado weather yet but I will update you this weekend… but I have a feeling they’re not gonna disappoint…. For $200 they were right in my budget and blew me over my expectations. I’m an avid duck hunter from early in the fall to late in breaking ice conditions, these are being tested everyday. These are great. My first pair getting away from neoprene and I was SUPER skeptical. These are awesome though, fished and hunted my first weekend with them and the only think I can saw was they were a little warm for early season but as the temps drop they’re going to be perfect. Camp pattern is perfect for flooded cornfields and marsh edges. I hope to get a good 5 years out of them. For the price, I think these are the best you can get on the market. Highly recommend.
