RETURN & WARRANTY POLICIES
We guarantee that this product is free from any defects in manufacturing or materials when used normally. We offer a Limited Lifetime Repair Service and Three-Year Warranty (free maintenance provided within three years). For products that need to be repaired after three years of purchase, we still provide repair services, which require a certain fee.
We are responsible for all defects determined to be from manufacturing or materials under normal usage. Damage (s) caused by users are not included in this warranty. If your waders fail due to a defect in manufacturing or materials, and this defect is confirmed by us, then we will attempt to repair them. If a repair is not possible, we will replace your waders with a new one. If waders are not available, we may issue a refund for the full purchase price of the original waders at our discretion.
Examples of defects covered under the limited warranty:
seam integrity issues (including leaks or seam tape delamination, if present), zipper failures ( if present), boot separations, stitching failures, shoulder strap failures, and belt buckle malfunction.
Damages Not Covered Under Limited Warranty:
Any damage due to customers' improper use will not be covered by this warranty, such as using in substances other than water; modifications; unauthorized repair; wear and tear; or external causes beyond our control such as accidents or abuse. Examples of failures not covered by our limited warranty include accidents involving nails, sharp objects on boats, pressure washers, rabbit hunts through briar patches, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time. Cosmetic or incidental damage is also not covered.
Request A Warranty Service:
To request the warranty service, please email cs@tidewe.com if you identify a defect or need a repair. We will spare no effort to ensure that you have functional waders. After receiving the product, we will check, repair, test it in water and then dry it before sending it out. So the repair period will be within 7-10 working days; When the damage is not covered by the limited warranty, we can still repair your waders for a reasonable fee upon request.All waders sent in for warranty or repair must be clean. Waders that do not meet this requirement, in our sole discretion, will not be processed. Please ensure that all pockets are emptied of ammunition and personal items. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by this.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This statement clarifies that the remedies provided above are the only remedies available to you in case of a breach of the limited warranty. In such a case, our liability is limited to the actual amount you paid for the defective product. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.However, please note that some states may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. These waders are great. Super comfortable, especially in the boots. Haven’t hunted in them yet but hunted in tidewe waders for the last three seasons and love them. I’ll never go back to neoprene or big brands

I am 6ft 2in 250lbs size 13 and these waders are very comfortable with plenty of room to layer up for when it gets cold. This is the first wader ive owned with a zipper and I can’t see myself going back to a traditional style wader. Putting them on and taking them of is such a breeze. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is they are light weight and very flexible compared to waders ive had in the past. They have plenty of pockets and the fleece lined pockets are awesome to warm your hands and even better all the pockets have a waterproof zipper so they dont get soaked if you’re out setting/picking up decoys. I absolutely love these waders and recommend them to anybody.
Have only worn twice. So for good. Like them.
Bought these waders when they first came out, have used them all season long, from 50 degrees to 5 degrees they performed well. Obviously you have to layer up on those cold days but no leaks this season and I put them through the wringer. Boots are a 7/10 for comfort and for warmth my feet honestly got cold on them cold 5 degree days when I was just sitting around. But besides that’s I will continue to wear them and see how long they last, I wanted to wait until the season was over to give my review.
If you're a female struggling to find front zip waders without breaking the bank, look no further!! I'm a women's 7.5 shoe, and the size 7 waders are PERFECT. I've been a loyal gator waders girl for years but their options for women, especially with smaller feet, are limited. Chene and Sitka are the only other brands that carry smaller boot sizes but they're a little outside of what I'd like to spend.. so when I found these I was excited to give them a shot and I'm so happy I did 🙌🏻 The sizing is intimidating since the body size isn't listed but for reference I'm 5'7" and they're a little long and definitely a little roomy but that's good for layering!

Most comfortable waders I’ve ever owned. Boots fit perfectly and won’t pull off in the mud. Plenty of adjustment in the shoulder straps and side zipper allowing for more room to layer on cold mornings. Looking forward to many more dry and comfortable days in these waders.

The only thing I dislike and that's not just with these waders but most Waders I'm a size 9 foot I'm 5 ft 6 in tall always extra length in the wader themselves I've shortten to max strapped adjustment about 4 extra in in leg

Only used a handful of time so far, but early consensus is good. The multiple sizes made for great fit, I don’t feel like I’m drowning in them with other standard size 10 waders. Only complaint is the boot, wish they were a little more supported in the ankle area and size ten seems bigger than other brands 10.
Fit and feel are great, true test will be if they keep me dry for the season ahead. So far so good!
I like the waders alot but after less than 10 hunts in them both legs are leaking badly. I have contacted Tidewe and will see how they respond, hopefully i am sent a new pair.

This is my second pair of TideWe's and I love them. Fast shipping! Waders are roomy and easy to put on and take off.
Now have two sets of the waders, as I was so very impressed with the fit, function & price of the first set I used in the field. A LOT of options in the wader market. I’ve had several different brands over the years, the TideWe are by far the best I’ve used to this point. Excellent waders!

Overall a great product, the shipping was the fast and the price reflected the quality of the waders. They seem to be very durable and are easy to get on and off. I only have one complaint and honestly it may more my issue than the product. To me the right boot seems smaller especially across the top of my foot. I have no issue with the left but the right was so tight I could only wear them half the day. I have installed a boot stretcher and it has seemed to help after heating them. I would recommend to upsize for additional room.

Used them this morning love the waders comfortable and can move very easy.
I’m a charter captain and outfitter down in South Padre Island, Texas. I wore these waders three or four times now and I could not be happier. They are comfortable as hell. It has been 80° down here at least and they breathe really well. I haven’t been sweating that much. I wore them for eight hours the other day. So far they have been fantastic thank you Captain Zach Laguna Madre guide service.
Materials are nice and comfortable. Only thing I would change is sizing. They do run snug. I am 5'5 roughly 180 and wear size 9-9.5. I went with a size 9 boot which is a snug fit and I like it but the wader itself is very tight around the crouch area. Gotta make it a tad longer or go up a size.

They fit well just a little big in the waist. My son is tall & thin & wears a 12 boot so smaller size is not an option. I think they’ll be fine with his other clothes & jacket underneath. Overall pleased.

Boots fit snug and offer good ankle support. Upper wader part light weight and leaves plenty of room for movement. Boots were a little snug with heavy wool socks in my normal boot size 13. Definitely impressed after 1 hunt in the michigan snow hunting flooded corn so far.

The waders seem to be very well constructed, they are comfortable, front zipper design allows for easier rolling down to put on/off and airflow to the boots. Knee pads are a great addition to any other waders I’ve had in the past. The shoulder strap design is a plus, compared to the mega clips used by a majority of wader makers. TideWe “thank you” for the wader hanger! That was a first! Extremely well done waders, not over priced and so far have been fantastic in the duck holes! Bravo TideWe!!
