Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICIES
TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. The Limited Warranty does not apply if determines that the products have been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, act of God, fire or other hazard, or improper shipping or handling, or has been tampered with by any party.

I have 15 hunts in my new Quest they perform exceptionally well ! The boots are the most comfortable boot on a pair of waders I have had ! I'll put my name and reputation up for them ! Will 25 hunts in them before the seasons end !
In 28+ years of waterfowl I've never used a set of breathable waders and I couldnt be more excited about these.... in the last 10 days of having them I've been out 4 times and everytime I'm more impressed. They are extremely comfortable, warm and dry!!! All the material is seamed and heat welded to perfection. Dont forget the fleece lined pockets that are clutch for those cold mornings... The Questwade waders will keep you warm and dry which means you can be out longer in the worst conditions. On another note this is the second Tidewe product I've purchased (double blind) and I have been thoroughly impressed by the quality of both products. Thanks Tidewe
Enjoying the morning in their new waders, Deron Donohoo and David McCracken were dry and comfortable.
I was looking for breathable waders for a replacement for a pair I purchased from another brand that had a removeable liner. They were hard to get on and off and leaked after 3 years... I have a TieWe blind and was hoping the quality would be the same for the waders. I purchased the QuestWade Elite wader and used them 3 times already and love them! They go and off easy and I can layer underneath depending on the weather. Thanks TideWe!
These waders are comfy and roomy. I enjoyed using them to fish for crappie. The boots are very warm and fit well. I look forward to seeing what they will bring me in the upcoming duck season.

Used for first time for swamp hunt easy to pun on and take off 35 degree morning and windy they were warm including boot foot, walking in them is easy as they allow movement . I ordered the size shoe I wear and fit is good with no pulling boot off in mud. I wear WilliwAce boot socks
So far so good. The quality of these waders are very nice. Much more comfortable than the neoprene waders I wore up until now. The boot sizing runs a bit smaller than lacrosse boots for reference, but I still went true to size. We will see how they stand up this upcoming season.
The waders are breathable yet still warm, comfortable, and most importantly- water tight. They shipped to me quickly and fit true to size. They seem durable so far, and I will put them to the test this winter.

CANNOT WAIT to get outside in these! Fit is true to size and super comfortable. The make of these lets you tighten or loosen them to your personal comfort or to how much you want to layer up or down. Lots of features from the decoy rings to the shell slots. Only issue I had is my box is missing the wader hanger. I'm sure they will follow up and take care of that! I highly recommend this brand and this wader!
Chest waders worked excellent used for claming, first time no leaks only went into the ocean thigh high max wanted to go out deeper but limited out ten pismo clams in thirty minutes.
Great fitting, especially the boot which fits tight enough to prevent blisters forming during long hikes through flooded rice fields. Excellent pruduct!

First pair of breathable waders. Got tired of sweating walking to and from the blind. We don’t have winter in California so these uninsulated waders are just the ticket. Took them off when I got back to the truck and had zero moisture buildup inside. Zip front is a game changer.

I'm impressed!! 40+ years of wearing waders, I've never had any that is so easy to put on and get off. Boot size is right on. No heel slip in sticky situations. These waders are very quiet compared to other brands. Love that waders comes with a patch kit and zipper grease. Negatives: The pattern of camo is a little brite, but not an issue. They are plenty tall ! My size13 boot is made for 6.2-6.6 person. Yet still not uncomfortable. Now let's see how long they will last?
I'm 6'1" 240LB , 13 boot The fit is just right for layering. Water proof zippers were unintentionally tested and work as it should. The boot size is perfect with just enough wiggle room to accommodate a heavy sock and still feel comfortable. Shipping was fairly fast. So far, they've been out on two outings and I feel satisfied with my purchase.

Received my questwade waders and they are better than expected. Very heavy duty. Very well built. I’m 6’2” 240lbs and wear a size 11 boot. I ordered a size 11 and the wader boots fit excellent with enough room for a thicker sock. Plenty of room in the legs, seat, and chest for layers but not at all overly bulky. The Avayde camo pattern is very cool. The waders also came with a boot strap for hanging them to dry and a waterproof phone bag. Thoroughly impressed with the questwades especially for the Black Friday price tag on them!

Unfortunately I haven’t been able to get them in the water yet. However, I tried the, on and walked around the house. WOW. Like wearing a high end cowboy boots. Can’t wait to get them out. Couple more days.
It took them out of the box and went straight to the blind. I love how they were able to breathe and not hold moisture like my neoprene waders do! The only downside side that I noticed was the noise when moving around and walking. I think that will change as I break them in over time. I would still highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality waders!

Bought for my husband and he loves them. They fit really well and he can easily move around in them. I dealt with customer service due to an ordering error I made, and they were super quick to respond and very easy to deal with! I highly recommend.
Wadders kept feet warm and dry, water temperature low thirties and air temperature 12 degrees.
Unfortunately I was only able to use my waders twice this season, due to me ordering late in the season. So far I love them. Ordering was super easy and delivered in a couple days. Counting down the 9 1/2 months till next season and guaranteed be wearing these bad boys!!
Very comfortable and EASY to put on. The camo is a little brighter than the photos show but it’s growing on me. Ordered Christmas Day 2025 and received them three days later.
