RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICIES
TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. The Limited Warranty does not apply if determines that the products have been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, act of God, fire or other hazard, or improper shipping or handling, or has been tampered with by any party.

Like the ease of getting in and out of them Ease of movement
I got my new TideWe waders just two days before an out of state trip to Louisiana. First off, Tidewe was awsome getting them shipped and to my door before the trip. Second, the waders are very comfortable, easy to get into and out of, and the boots actually fit instead if coming off your foot. These waders were wonderful and out performed any other waders that I have tried in the past!!!
I bought these in a size 14 and the chest area is comically oversized. I’m 6’2” and 200 pounds and I could fit a whole other person with my winter coats in the chest/ waist area. Super disappointed and will have to return.

CANNOT WAIT to get outside in these! Fit is true to size and super comfortable. The make of these lets you tighten or loosen them to your personal comfort or to how much you want to layer up or down. Lots of features from the decoy rings to the shell slots. Only issue I had is my box is missing the wader hanger. I'm sure they will follow up and take care of that! I highly recommend this brand and this wader!
First pair of breathable waders. Got tired of sweating walking to and from the blind. We don’t have winter in California so these uninsulated waders are just the ticket. Took them off when I got back to the truck and had ero moisture buildup inside. ip front is a game changer.
In 28+ years of waterfowl I've never used a set of breathable waders and I couldnt be more excited about these.... in the last 10 days of having them I've been out 4 times and everytime I'm more impressed. They are extremely comfortable, warm and dry!!! All the material is seamed and heat welded to perfection. Dont forget the fleece lined pockets that are clutch for those cold mornings... The Questwade waders will keep you warm and dry which means you can be out longer in the worst conditions.

These waders are bad ass, I wear a 10 1/2 wide boot and ordered size 11 and they fit perfectly with the insoles in. I’m a big man weighing 260 and 5’ 10” I thought they might be baggy in the crotch but they’re not bad at all. They also come with a wader hanger and waterproof phone case . I would definitely recommend these waders to anyone. I will buy from you again.

I fly fish more in the winter than I do in the summer. After years of leaking waders an tired of bending over and putting on wading boots and taking them off I decided to try these even though I was worried about the weight of the boots at 66 years old. You have to understand I have grown to hate waders and wet socks and I LOVE these. I have over 20 days fishing so far with these and the obvious quality and EASE of putting on and taking off have made me a believer. GREAT PRODUCT
Purchased these for my first set. Definitely need to make sure you put the grease on the zipper when you get them out. But they seem durable. Had them out for a hunt in 25 degree weather. With good layering they’re comfortable. They’ve got a decent amount of stretch in them. Overall I’m impressed. Only time will tell how they hold up over time
I gave 4 stars because I only wore them once so far so I haven’t really put them to the test. I normally wear a sz 11 shoe so I purchased a 12, wish they had 1/2 sizes bc with heavy socks I could use a little more room, overall a good set of waders.

Felt great and did amazing against the high winds and walking in the water, never got cold and were very comfortable and true to size! Highly recommend for anyone considering a new pair of waders!
Have not used yet, however initial impressions: fit was perfect I'm 6ft 230+ LBS heavy in my gut, shoe size was spot on 11 and the fit gives enough room to layer but not be too bulky. materials feel like quality and appear they will last for a while given they are taken care of.
They work great so far. They run a lot bigger than they should be. The boot size is true but everything else is way bigger. I’m 6’2”, 215 and from the waist up it’s huge even with a hoodie and coat underneath.
Performed well. Zipper on chest very sticky until the lubricant supplied with waders was applied to the zipper track. Really like these waders and their ease of on/off. Would recommend to a friend!
I’ve been having a good time in them! Some spots I’ve tried have proven their durability! And their 1200gr has kept me almost sweating all cold mornings! Solid buy, have already been recommending!

These waders do exactly what was advertised! Incredibly comfortable and keep me dry all day long. I use them for deer hunting, making drives.

Waders fit great with plenty of room for layers and are holding up great so far in the mud flats, zippers are still working flawlessly highly recommend
Got my wader very quick and like the quality. Took them on the river duck hunting and had no leaks. Mobility is great compared to my neoprene waders. Love them so far.
Very comfortable and light weight. Easy to put on and take off. My only complaint at this point is the top of the boot is a little tight for me. Overall great for now. Only used once.
