We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.

These boots are great easy walking, great fit and not to hot in the 40 degree weather so far
To be clear, I have worn them only around the house to make sure they fit properly and they will be put to work this weekend in the water. Waist waders are what I use 90% of the time and use chest waders only for extreme weather conditions. Having said that, here is what I already like about my new Tidewe waist waders. 1. They are tight enough around the ankles to provide structure when in mud but there was no struggle getting my feet in and out of those choke points. 2. The waist band has an elastic component that keeps them tight, also supported by the belt. To have shoulder straps defeats my purpose of having waist waders and I therefore remove them (also easy to do with the Tidewe. So, it is imperative the waders stay snug around the waist when in use. It is already obvious these will do this way better than my former Cabelas waist waders. 3. Zippered pockets are nice to have. 4. They feel more sturdy than my old waders and though the jury is still out on all morning comfort, I already like how they feel walking around on dry ground. What happens in water is not much of a concern, assuming they don't leak. If they pass that test I would give them 5 stars as opposed to the 4 provided in this review.

These waist waders are a bit puffy and noise when I walk. But, they fit well I like them better than chest high waders for duck hunting. I hunt rice and the water is only 11 to 24 inches max.

Bought these waste high waders for Waterfowl hunting Oct - January and occasional Fly Fishing. I'm 6' 192 lbs. with 32" waist and wear size 11 boots so ordered size 11's. For me, they fit perfect. I can get my feet in the boots with no struggle wearing mid-weight over the calf socks. The boots have a wedge molded into the heel you can step on to aid in boot removal and they work great. The waders are roomy enough that you can kneel or squat without getting all bound up, but aren't too baggy. The roominess allows you to layer underneath with as light or heavy as needed. The elastic waist and adjustable belt will help keep water intake to a minimum if you get dunked in the marsh. The lightly padded suspenders/shoulder pads are comfy, can be removed if need be, and don't interfere with mounting a shotgun. The material is unlike anything I've ever used before but is waterproof, lightweight but feels tough. You won't sneak up on anything wearing these as they are a bit "crunchy" like heavy duty Cordura. The boots with 1000 G Thinsulate are pretty stout, should work well in cold icy water and hold up to the abuse of marshland and Beaver chews. All the extras are a nice touch, including the patch kit.

The waders are great and were undamaged even though the box was wide open when I received it. This is the second pair I have received with the box destroyed. The last pair I never received the shot shell holder or the waterproof phone case or the boot hanger that was supposed to to be with the waders. They were lost in shipping sometime after the packaging was destroyed in shipping.

This is a great pair of waist waders at a great price. They are true to size, comfortable and easy to walk in. The free shipping was incredibly fast. I ordered them and got them the next day.
Haven't been able to hunt in them yet, but the boots fit well. I wear a 10-10.5 and ordered an 11. Plan on using them for snow goose hunting in a few weeks!!!
After ordering, my waders did not arrive due to a shipping issue once they left the TideWe facility. After contacting TideWe by email, they immediately replied and sent a replacement set of waders. Super service from a company who cares about its customers.

1st use as a disabled person with permanent stroke damage....my right foot does not flex so stepping into boots is difficult so I ordered a slightly larger boot foot than normal shoes. This is the first pair of waders I've been able to put on and take off without help which is a big deal for me. I like the lighter breathable material an the waist-high size which also help in using the waders...Im very happy with my first use !!
Love the waders. With other brands like Banded, and with my high foot arch it was super hard to slip my feet in. With these the way the ankle is in relation to the foot it was super easy. It would however been nice if they came in stout sizes too. Just a little snug. But over all a 4 star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First pair I ordered got lost in shipping. Talked to customer service, the new boots were at my home in three days. Have hunted in them five times with a lot of walking. My foot’s staying in the heel really nicely and they’re pretty comfortable. I wish you guys made the boots on the pant waiters lace up. Cabela’s had a pair that were amazing. Nobody makes them with laces unless you get a separate boot from the wader.
Really like the waders only thing is we did not get the hangers or the phone pouch like they said comes with it ..which was a little disappointing..
