Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. Late flintlock season! 4 degrees F. These gloves are terrific! My hands stay warm at low and medium temp settings. No cold spots. The snow does not enter the cuffs and even the battery zipper has a special pocket that the tab fits into. Stays ice free as well as silent! Perfect!
Gloves are definitely worth the money. Not a end all be all but definitely keep your hands warmer than other gloves. Will be purchasing a pair for my wife now. I would recommend these to anyone.
The quality of the gloves are good. They are built well. The heat is great and I'm glad the light turns off on the glove, versus the vest where the light stays on. However, the cuff on the gloves is very tight. I even had this conversation with my cousin who bought two sizes bigger than mine. The cuff is super tight and with the battery installed it's very hard to get your hand in. It would be nice if the wrist cuff of the gloves were a little bigger to get your hand in and out easier.
Wife got me these gloves because my hands are always cold when hunting. Tried them out and could feel the heat almost instantly! Going to be a great hunting season this year!!
I had originally ordered these particular heated gloves and accidentally ordered them in black. But I text the people that tied we and they corrected it to the viel Whitetail heated gloves for me with no problem and had it done before they were shipped. The material is excellent. It’s soft. I like the way that you can tighten around the wrist as well as the bottom the pouch the battery goes in is very durable and I love the way the buttons are set up on the inside of the glove. I like the fact that it has a finger that you can use to operate your phone or iPad in the field if necessary. Tied we what can I say they’re awesome. You’ve done it again and I’m sure he’ll do it many times again as I order stuff. For the money and quality it cannot be beat. Frank the tank.

I bought these to replace some neoprene gloves that just didn't keep my fingertips warm during duck season. I love that these heat my fingers and fingertips and have sleeves to keep wind and water off my wrists. The grips and camo pattern on these are great also. Looking forward to using these for this next duck and deer season!

Received my gloves and they fit great. Charged the batteries and ran through the 3 heat cycles and worked like they should. The real test will come this winter when I'm working outside.
After 2 1/2 months and reordering them 3 times and not getting them before my hunting trip till I left for my trip. I was not happy with the delivery time nothing should take that long to get. You need to go with UPS or FedEx
