We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. My new favorite go to jacket . This jacket keeps me so warm even without turning on heat . I also been outside with temperature of 34 degrees & windy and took advantage of using the heat . I stayed warm. I just got my daughter one for Christmas

I recently bought the tideway heated jacket. I already had the camoflage best for hunting. But, when I went to Germany I was the envy of all. We had some freezing days and while everyone else was cold I was nice and snuggly in my heated jacket. I would have people see the light and ask me what it was. When I would tell them it was a heated jacket, they would ask me"why don't we have those available here"

I was expecting a light heated jacket but the jacket is thick and is very warm with heat off. Started out with heat on high setting but it got too warm and used it on low. Jacket material is also very quiet. Lastly, got a great deal on it. I’m considering getting the pants too.

I bought this for my husband and he loves it! It's a lighter weight jacket but it keeps him very warm!
Nice warm jacket overall. Bad placement for the indicator button. I use a tidewe blind and use the black heated hunting jacket. I had to use electrical tape to cover the indicator light.
T jacket is awesome, I particularly like the heat around the neck. Overall works great, heat with a comfortable inner shell the is soft and warm I will be recommending it to all me friends.

Great heated jacket! Works great while hunting or attending the kids soccer game. Loved it so much I order another style.
Ordered this Jacket then signed out this order and then ordered the hunting rainproof one five minutes later. both orders were sent to e-mail that they both shipped the same day. quest what! received the first one but have not received the second order. Does sound like someone lied because I should have received them the same day. Have yet to receive the rain proof one. Makes me wonder what is going on in the receiving department and shipping department. Love your products but would like to get them in a more timely manner.

The jacket fits well. The jacket allows for a base layer to be worn or a vest. Seems to keep you warm and the battery life is what is expected. Depending on the power level used the jacket will keep you warm for most of the day.

The jacket fits well. If this was my base layer I would have needed a medium versus a large, but since I have the heated vest in medium to wear under this works great. So just know the sizes run a little larger than normal.
