Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. The Limited Warranty does not apply if determines that the products have been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, act of God, fire or other hazard, or improper shipping or handling, or has been tampered with by any party.
Very warm and comfortable. I highly recommended sizing up since the waist on the pants are on the tighter side. I originally ordered a large and had to exchange for a bigger size. The customer service had an XL sent out to me the same day with a return label to send the Large back to them. 10/10 recommend Tidewe for their products and service!
Im 5'8" and weigh 275. 3xl fits perfect. I seen allot of people did not like the suspenders, but personally I really do. Now I have this tide we suit and the tide we knee boots and the tide we day baxkpack. I have really liked everything so far. Next will be a set of gloves and a face mask.
I truly love the product that I ordered from you. It fit well as I wanted it to. I am almost 6 foot three and I ordered an extra large so it would go over my other hunting clothes or heated vest. I am truly impressed with the quality of the zippers, all of pockets, as well as the camo pattern on the jacket and pants. The suspenders are a great idea. I would like to make a suggestion that you make a heated vest and hunting gloves to match the same camo pattern. You have a great product and I truly love it and I’ll write another review after hunting season is over with to give you more information. FG. I was very surprised how well the camouflage was made it will keep you very warm in the winter order Lg was too small return for x lg with no problems fits well very satisfied
I bought a set of these last year. Wore them hunting all season here in Vermont. I really like them! Not fully waterproof but close. Very warm and a perfect fit!! My reason for buying another set this year is the mice chewed the front of the pants while keeping them in the woodshed to air out. Can't do without the pants so had to buy another complete set.
Love them! Now have an extra jacket.

The Altus Hunting Suit is very well made. Soft material, magnetic pocket and no Velcro make it very quiet! The quilted layered material make it warm as well. We’ve had 20 degree weather (colder with wind chill) in north GA this year and I’ve been very warm. The jacket fits very well but the pants are a little tight for my build. Customer service was very responsive to my request to exchange but this is part of a set and I would have to go to a larger size for both. Because the jacket fits so well and the cold temps, I opted to keep. I’ll probably buy the bib overalls to replace the pants before next season. Great product and fantastic price!

I hunt from the ground or a ground blind (also Tidewe's) and being comfortable and warm really makes the predawn hour easy to handle. I appreciate the quiet closing zippers and magnet-closing pocket on the right breast. The material really does resist moisture, something I especially notice on the seat of the pants.
When stalking, I was glad to note that the amount of sound created by the suit was minimal and bonus - burrs brush off with ease.
True to size , and like the quality. Great so far on those cold mornings in the stand . Would be nice if they had som nice front thigh buckets , but other than that I’m very happy with the gear and price !
