Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. The Limited Warranty does not apply if determines that the products have been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, act of God, fire or other hazard, or improper shipping or handling, or has been tampered with by any party.

Extremely comfortable and kept me warm when it was 20* outside! I use the heated jacket to walk my dogs and the temperatures here have been close to zero and I still stay very warm.
Bought 2 sight unseen. 1 for my husband n 1 for my son. I knew they would live them after getting the blind. Totally silent n hopefully warm enough while they sit. You're a good company with quality products

Great jacket except I need and extra battery four hour limit on the battery is not enough im old and on blood thinners I get cold faster than most do.
Everything arrived very quickly. Taking was provided and was delivered on time. The clothes works excellent and will keep my wife nice and toasty come hunting season this fall.
Shipping was prompt, I love the base layer. The jacket is comfortable and warm, the heat function works great! I do find the jacket creates a LOT of static discharge which is very noticeable when I take it off. It would also be very nice to have a separate pocket for the battery pack.
Very well made and the fit is true.
Plenty of room does not binding your arms. It's very quiet and plenty of pockets. My favorite part is the removable neck gator you can take it off your neck and not worry about loosing it.

I received my jacket the day of our 1st winter snow storm. I gave the battery a full charge and went outside to do some chores. It kept me unbelievable warm and dry and I'm very cold natured. I ordered a medium and it was a perfect fit. Even without the heater turned on it's really warm. The cold wind just can't get in. I'm very happy with my purchase.
I bought the Silen trace heated jacket for use in the late bow season in Wisconsin. It fit perfectly and the soft outer shell was extremely quiet, even in the cold temperatures. The inner liner and neck gator added to the warmth it provided. Love it.
This was a surprise purchase for my husband. As my youngest son stated (who is also a hunter of good quality merchandise) "well played mom".
Needless to say, it has been a hit!
