5. Multiple purchases may be shipped separately. Due to system reasons, there is only one tracking number. But don’t worry all products will be delivered eventually.
Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.

To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com.

(QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. Coat arrived well packaged and sooner than estimated. Coat is well made and all the features are excellent. Have only used it on a limited basis but, it is very warm, not bulky, ample pockets and storage. Thus far for price, the coat has met and exceeded my expectations.

Very well made jacket . Sizing is off a full size. We bought 3 of these and all of them have to be sent back for exchange. I would recommend sizing up a full size . Otherwise seems to be a great option! One thing I wish would change is the 30 day return policy, especially at Christmas . We had to send back 1 jacket because of sizing before my son could get home for a late Christmas celebration in January. . Unfortunately, it said we would be charged the shipping for the return as it will be deducted from our refund. That should definitely change.
