UniHeat Carbon Fiber Heating：UniHeat features a 12V high-efficiency power system, driving more and denser honeycomb carbon fiber heating elements for 20-30 seconds instant heat and even warmth distribution. With broader coverage and long-lasting comfort, it prevents hot spots and keeps your whole body cozy without cold zones.
5-Zone Heating & 3-Level Control：Equipped with five heating zones (1 at the collar, 2 at the back, 2 at the abdomen) and independent controls, allowing each area to heat separately or all together. With three adjustable heat levels, you can fine-tune warmth for any condition—ensuring full-body comfort and all-around warmth.

Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. I bought an XL size but realized it was a little smaller than I needed. I contacted TideWe and got it exchanged for a 2XL with no hassle. FYI - These jackets run on the small size because I wear an XL on any other jacket or coat.
Love the heated vest. The 3 Zone heating is outstanding. The entire setup is considerably heavy and the 3XL jacket is actually a 2XL in size. I'm 6-5 300 lbs and zipped up I'm snug as a bug in a rug. If you're a big 3XL this might not be your coat to get.
Got this jacket for my husband for Christmas. He is 6'0ft tall and about 245lbs. Got him the XXL and it fit perfectly. He loved it, he said it was really warm and not bulky.
Just received mine and the only regret I have is that deer season is over! A quality coat and vest. I can tell that it’s going to be warm. Soft and quiet material. Can’t wait until next year!
I love this jacket but the vest, that is the ticket. It's more like a heated base layer, the material is so thin. With that vest I can turn any jacket into a heated item. If you can make a pair of heated pants with that same material I would buy it in a heartbeat.
Wore it hunting for the first time yesterday and all I can say is that it did exactly what I got it for. Kept me warm on a cold and foggy day. Definitely would buy another

It is a Christmas gift for my husband, but I’m sure he will love it!!
Fantastic Jacket /vest combo. The jacket and and heated vest combo are warm to begin with to keep out a good chill and great once you turn on the heating elements. I used the jacket when it was 19 degrees and didnt have to turn it up past low to be comfortable.
It was 19 to 30 degrees for opening weekend here in mn. I wore it 2 or the 4 mornings. It kept me warm but not that warm. I still was shivering by the mid afternoon. Definitely wouldn't recommend for below zero temps. I dont like how the vest part sits in the coat. It just buttons up. I was expecting it to also zip into the coat. I felt like the pocket function didnt get warm. The vest part did but putting my hands into my coat over the pockets just didnt warm them up very much. 4 out of 5 stars. I Definitely think it has great potential but needs work on the design imo.
First off let me start by saying I love the product as a whole , the 3n1 heated jacket is nice. only issue I had personally is that the outer jacket part does not fit my shoulders well, its tight !! the waist is fine but the chest and arm pit areas are tight ,I wear 3x for every day clothing ,and do not have this problem. I feel if you either made the 3x items a little oversize ,it would help a lot of people like me or offer a 4x, I have broad shoulders and I feel that many other hunters built like me would like a little more room, the heated inside vest fits perfectly. I bought the heated pants and they feel like spandex on me , needs a little more length and width in the thigh area .I hope this helps! ,I also purchased the new non heated jacket and silent bibs ,the bibs fit perfectly as they do not have sleeves, the jacket fits but again its annoyingly tight in shoulders. As for the overall finish I love it minus the velcro pockets and velcro wrist fasteners, please do away with the velcro , I think yall have awesome products and quality so far. I know im a bigger dude but I would love to enjoy your products just like the smaller size people do
Only complaint i have is the inside of the hood is kinda noisy. When I have it up it's loud when I turn my head. I also wish the vest fastened in front of the coat as well. Easy to miss your sleeve. But it's comfy, not bulky, quite material. Heater works good. Definitely a game changer for the cold archery mornings.
