We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.

The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. The Limited Warranty does not apply if determines that the products have been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, act of God, fire or other hazard, or improper shipping or handling, or has been tampered with by any party.

First popup blind. Easy and fast set up and tear down. We had whitetail success using it for the first time and even had a young buck come within 8 feet of the blind before he winded us. Two hunters fit with lots of room and I can see how you could have fit 3. Exceeded all our expectations and at a good price. Highly recommend
For the most part blind is as advertised. You can't see in and I really like that. It is easy to put up. I was a little disappointed in the inside dimension. There is no way that 3 people could fit and 2 people will be tight if you have comfortable chairs. Other than that it works well.
The view was great but the windows were to high to set in my chair so I had to buy an adjustable height chair then it worked great. It was to big for me so I sold it and purchased a smaller one of the same style. I will not go back to a standard hub blind the see thru is really nice and silent windows cant be beat.
The blind sets up quickly and easily. It is very well designed and constructed. The visibility from inside is very good and allows for total concealment. The windows can be easily and quietly adjusted. Overall I am very pleased with this product.
