Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com.

TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. The Limited Warranty does not apply if determines that the products have been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, act of God, fire or other hazard, or improper shipping or handling, or has been tampered with by any party.

I thought this was a really fun idea so figured for the price why not try it out. I got the handgunner bag. Though I don't shoot or own much for handguns this bag has everything you could think of for shooting!

Chose the accessories hoping for a shooting bag and got an orange beanie/skull cap instead. The cap is very comfortable and well made and has become the primary hat I grab when hunting.
I was so glad I did not get a beanie or something cheap. I actually got a power bank which I could really use while I’m out hunting in the woods! I would 100% recommend this for any type of gift or surprise for the thrill of a hunter you know!

I got this mystery box because i saw reviews of people getting cool stuff from of them. Albeit, i only got the 14.99 box, but i was disappointed. I thought it would come in a cool box or something, but it came in a mailing bag and it was just an orange beanie
All of my hunting gear is from Tidwe - From the blind I hunt in, the warm weather light and heavy layers, boots I wear, rangefinder, bino-harness, backpack, the list goes on. I generally have nothing but exceptional things to say about their products. However this Mystery Box I recieved was ordered through a link on Instgram - and it pretty much led me straight to the 'Buy Now' portion. I had some extra funds to splurge so I did not hesitate. I was unaware of the size options or possible gear that I could recieve because of a misleading link and the words 'Mystery Box'. I did not see any options to choose sizes or possible accesories so I feel a tad bit decieved. I recieved Size 8 Tidwe Boots. I already have Size 12 Tidwe Boots. While I still hold Tidwe in high standard, I would recommend an update to the website or ad-link with clear customizeable options to prevent people from spending their hard-earned money ordering items they can't use.
