OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on August 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsors’ computer is the official time-keeping device for the Campaign.
3. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible new subscribers who complete the official entry form by providing the requested information, including a valid email address, will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.
No purchase or payment is required to enter.
Limit one entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period.
Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
All entries must be received before the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
4. Marketing Communications
Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at:

Where applicable, entrants may separately consent to receive promotional emails from TideWe.
Entrants may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the emails. Unsubscribing will not affect an otherwise valid Sweepstakes entry or reduce an entrant’s chances of winning.
5. Prize
Each selected winner will receive one TideWe eGift Card valued at US$200.
The TideWe eGift Card:
1. May be redeemed only at www.tidewe.com
2. Is subject to TideWe’s applicable gift card terms and website terms
3. Is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law
4. May not be transferred, resold, or exchanged
5. May not be used to purchase additional gift cards
6. Will not be replaced if lost, stolen, deleted, or used without authorization
7. May be subject to product availability, shipping restrictions, taxes, and other checkout conditions
The prize does not include any additional products, cash, shipping charges, taxes, or expenses unless expressly stated.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
No prize substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash equivalent is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion or where required by law.
6. Random Drawing and Odds of Winning
The random drawing is expected to take place on or about September 1, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Submitting an entry does not guarantee that an entrant will receive a gift card or any other prize.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified using the email address submitted with the entry.
The potential winner must respond within seventy two hours of the first notification attempt.
The Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide proof of identity, age, residence, and eligibility. The potential winner may also be required to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, or other documentation permitted by law.
If the potential winner:
1. Cannot be contacted
2. Does not respond within seventy two hours
3. Is found to be ineligible
4. Provides inaccurate or incomplete information
5. Fails to submit requested documentation
6. Declines the prize
7. Does not comply with these Official Rules
the potential winner may be disqualified, and the Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.
The Sponsor is not responsible for winner notifications that are lost, delayed, blocked, filtered into a spam folder, or not received because an entrant submitted incorrect or incomplete contact information.
A potential winner is not considered the official winner until eligibility has been verified and the Sponsor has confirmed the award of the prize.
8. Prize Delivery
After the winner’s eligibility has been verified, the TideWe eGift Card will be delivered to the winner using the verified email address provided to the Sponsor.
The Sponsor is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect email information, spam filters, technical issues, or circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
The winner should allow approximately 7 business days after verification for delivery of the eGift Card.
9. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and expenses associated with accepting or using the prize.
The Sponsor may require the winner to provide information or documentation necessary for tax reporting or legal compliance.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, the Sponsor may identify the winner by first name, last initial, city, and state for purposes of announcing the Sweepstakes winner.
11. Entry Conditions
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to:
1. Comply with these Official Rules
2. Provide accurate and complete information
3. Accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding
4. Refrain from using automated systems, bots, scripts, false identities, multiple email addresses, or other improper entry methods
5. Accept all risks associated with participation and the acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law
Entries generated through scripts, macros, bots, automated systems, artificial identities, or fraudulent methods are void.
The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who attempts to interfere with the entry process, manipulate the results, violate these Official Rules, or act in a deceptive, abusive, or disruptive manner.
12. Sponsor’s Right to Modify or Cancel
The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, legal restrictions, or any other event affects the integrity, security, fairness, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled end date, the Sponsor may select a potential winner through a random drawing from eligible entries received before the termination.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not responsible for:
1. Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or undelivered entries
2. Website, email, network, hardware, software, or technical failures
3. Unauthorized intervention or fraudulent activity
4. Typographical, printing, administrative, or technical errors
5. Injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes
6. Acceptance, possession, redemption, use, or misuse of the prize
7. Events outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Release
To the extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, advertising agencies, and promotion partners from claims, damages, losses, costs, or liabilities arising from or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or redemption of the prize.
15. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Sweepstakes will be processed in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy:

The Sponsor may use entrant information to:
1. Administer the Sweepstakes
2. Verify eligibility
3. Contact and verify the potential winner
4. Deliver the prize
5. Meet legal and regulatory obligations
6. Send marketing communications where valid consent has been provided

Requests must be received within 30–90 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
