We guarantee that this product is free from any defects in manufacturing or materials when used normally. We offer a Limited Lifetime Repair Service and Three-Year Warranty (free maintenance provided within three years). For products that need to be repaired after three years of purchase, we still provide repair services, which require a certain fee.
We are responsible for all defects determined to be from manufacturing or materials under normal usage. Damage (s) caused by users are not included in this warranty. If your waders fail due to a defect in manufacturing or materials, and this defect is confirmed by us, then we will attempt to repair them. If a repair is not possible, we will replace your waders with a new one. If waders are not available, we may issue a refund for the full purchase price of the original waders at our discretion.
Examples of defects covered under the limited warranty:
seam leaks, zipper failures, boot separations, seam tape delamination, stitching separations, shoulder strap separations and belt buckle malfunction.
Damages Not Covered Under Limited Warranty:
Any damage due to customers' improper use will not be covered by this warranty, such as using in substances other than water; modifications; unauthorized repair; wear and tear; or external causes beyond our control such as accidents or abuse. Examples of failures not covered by our limited warranty include accidents involving nails, sharp objects on boats, pressure washers, rabbit hunts through briar patches, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time. Cosmetic or incidental damage is also not covered.
Request A Warranty Service:
To request the warranty service, please email email@example.com if you identify a defect or need a repair. We will spare no effort to ensure that you have functional waders. After receiving the product, we will check, repair, test it in water and then dry it before sending it out. So the repair period will be within 7-10 working days; When the damage is not covered by the limited warranty, we can still repair your waders for a reasonable fee upon request.All waders sent in for warranty or repair must be clean. Waders that do not meet this requirement, in our sole discretion, will not be processed. Please ensure that all pockets are emptied of ammunition and personal items. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by this.
