RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

RETURN POLICIES

Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number. 

If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.

To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address. 

If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

IF A PURCHASE WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICIES

TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.

The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed,  used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. The Limited Warranty does not apply if determines that the products have been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, act of God, fire or other hazard, or improper shipping or handling, or has been tampered with by any party.

Works better than expected. My wife used it at a late November football game in Boston and walking the dog. I tried it out on a December deer hunt. Very warm. I suggest an extra battery. Women’s small is cut full for layering. It’s large on my XS wife and fits like a men’s small . I’d buy again

Game changer in keeping us warm! The only issue I found was a glitch in the size ordering system, no matter how many times I tried to order a large it kept reverting to medium, even though the small and 3XL were the only ones that were out of stock. I would also like to see a double zipper on these items, zip from bottom up as well. Love my vest. I have a light weight vest, a polar vest and a jacket. My daughter has a vest. We wear them all day, every day, inside and outdoors. Absolutely love them!! First time I've been truly warm since 90 degree days of summer!! I have encouraged everyone I know that is cold to order these products. Quality is fabulous. My son's first jacket lasted 4 yrs, until the zipper broke. Heating packs still functional. GREAT products!

Women’s Lightweight Heated Vest with Battery Pack for Hunting/Hiking

Purchased for my wife. She owns a different heated vest, but this Tidewe blew that one out of the water! She just got back from a walk in 50° with 10mph wind and she said she felt fine (vest over sweatshirt and sweat pants). The vest was on high for her 1 hour walk and battery went from 76% to 37%. She likes the appearance and quality of the vest.
