We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.

To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. TideWe Waders are amazing. I own Tar River Outfitters specializing in guided waterfowl hunts. I first tried TideWe last year and I am highly impressed with the durability and comfort of there waders. My first pair was the Aqua wade 1600G waders. This year I just purchased the Deepwade waders. All my guides where TideWe gear and we promote the brand daily on hunts.

Waders work great! Boots slightly bigger than I expected but still fit. Warm and no leaks through 5 hunts.
I got these waders for beaver trapping frozen swamps and ponds in the winter. They seem to be perfect so far. The material on the waders are slick enough to not get snagged by prickers. The lugs on the boots are very aggressive which gives me plenty of grip in the snow and mud. The insulation of these waders combined with a pair of wool base layers and wool socks has kept me plenty warm, even when temps are in the teens and I’m waste deep in water, chopping ice with an axe to set traps. Very impressed with these waders. Great quality and very comfortable!

Couldn't be happier with these waders! The major selling factor for me was the other day, we were flying our drone scouting for ducks and upon making bad choices we ended up crashing it several hundred yards into a thick wooded area. I was still wearing my waders and had to trudge though the brush to go on a hunt that we didn't intend on making lol, (the hunt for the lost $1000 drone). After several falls and run-ins with briar patches these waders held true and not a single rip puncture ect... again Couldn't be happier!!!!!!

First time buying breathable waders and I couldn’t be more happier with them! They are super comfortable and made very well. I will say whatever your shoe size is make sure to go down a size. I wear a 10 and I got a size 9 in shoe and they fight very good and have plenty of room for wool socks and they do not slide off while walking at all!

I really like my Tidewe waders, I use them daily and about after one year they seem to start leaking and every time I repair them they find a new spot to leak. But when they are new they are more comfortable and well fitted than other brands so I have owned several pairs, including the duck hunting and the pvc . Right now actually I have three pair with different insulation for all the seasons of the year.
Awesome product. Has good cell phone pocket. Came with a water proof pouch phone insert. Fleece lined hand warming pocket. Got out into chest deep water, no leaks. Shell rig on front of wader kept 3 1/2 inch shells nice and snug. Came with extra shell holders & belt. I put them onto the shoulder straps and ditched the belt. Was breathable. Hunted an 80 degree day on opener, didn’t get hot. Breathable material worked well.got a Teal & Two Canadian geese.
Ordered the waders last minute, 4 days before early duck season, and had them in 3 days! Light weight, not hot to wear on a warm morning and comfortable!

I’m just over 6’0, and weight about 240lbs. I usually wear 36 or 38” waist pants. I have broad shoulders and a wide chest. Still, these fit a little large through the middle, but the waist strap fixed that right up. The size 12 boot fits perfectly. And they feel really sturdy. The material does breathe well, and doesn’t restrict movement like other waders I’ve owned. I am very pleased with the product. And I am looking forward to putting these to good work.

Ordered from Tidwe on a Thursday night and the arrived the following Wednesday. Great communication and shipping. Waders fit perfectly. I’m 6’2” and 290 pounds and the size 12 was RIGHT ON! Boots are comfy for all day wear. Weather was cold but not me. We sit ankle deep water for hours. Love the breathable waders and the fleece chest pocket was warm. Shell holders were useful and the two chest pockets we perfect for phone and wallet. 3 hunts in and I could not be happier. They came with a wader hanger that worked well!
I have the insulated and non insulated waders. I love them both! Very comfortable, easy to get on and off. Cannot beat the price and quality! I was in a jam this season and couldn’t find new waders that fit…. But, after having Tidewe boots for myself and my family I decided to give the waders a chance! I am not disappointed!

Got them for my son in law for Christmas early
I love this! I used neoprene before and these are so much easier to walk in but still warm. I’m a women’s shoe size 8.5- 9 typically 5’3 120 pounds and the size 8 fits great. I will say if you have larger calves then you’d probably need to size up maybe due to that alone vs your shoe size, I don’t have large calves and the top of the calf liner of the boot does dig into my leg some depending on how far I’m wading (probably due to me sizing down to size 8 for ease of walking but just wanted go share that aspect). All in all, I absolutely love these!

Very well constructed and very nice waders
They appear to look very well assembled and great camo design. I did try them on straight out of box that they were shipped in to find that they are perfectly fitted to my size only giving yall my boot size. I ordered a half size bigger. Here in Louisiana we dont have harsh winter during duck season so I choose to purchase the breathable that gives me perfect amount of room to add extra layers for different temperatures.
