5. Multiple purchases may be shipped separately. Due to system reasons, there is only one tracking number. But don’t worry all products will be delivered eventually.

RETURN POLICIES
Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICIES
TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed, used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. The Limited Warranty does not apply if determines that the products have been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, act of God, fire or other hazard, or improper shipping or handling, or has been tampered with by any party.

So the wrong one was sent and contacted customer service. Guess the g2 was out of stock. They quickly responded offered a full refund with a credit. I kept the khaki because I liked it. Long story short great customer service bought several things (blind, bino harness and 700 yard range finder) without one complaint and plan to be a return customer

Absolutely love this bino harness. For the price it doesn’t compare. And to mention I shot a buck the first time I wore it! Only feedback I have about it is I am a left handed bow hunter and the range finder pouch can only go on the right side. Ideally when a deer comes in I grab my bow with my right hand and rang finder with my left. If there was a way to put it on the left it would be amazing. I still love it though

I have used the harness very little so far, but it seems to be well constructed, easily adjustable, and very comfortable. The extra pouches are great for the rangefinder and snacks or for whatever small items you wish to carry with you. I am happy with the product thus far and it was very affordable!
Love it, great quality for the price. Excellent camo pattern. The only downside is it doesn’t have anchor straps at the bottom to attach a pistol holster, which I was expecting. The only other downside is the Bono’s fall forward in the pack and the harness doesn’t sit flush against the chest. For the price, I won’t complain too much.
Works great. Only way to make it better is to offer bottomland camo pattern
I am replacing a binocular case that continually fell open and dumped my binoculars. I hope the magnetic top eliminates this occurrence. But as an added feature it would be nice to have a clasp to secure the flap to avoid dumping the contents. I like the added side pouches. It can be used for my range finder. Looking forward to Oct and trying it out for bow season. The contoured padded back webbing looks to be more comfortable and shouldn't irritate the back of my neck. Well made and well thought out design for a great price.
It is very comfortable to wear. My binos fit in it very well and are very easy to put in and remove. The pocket for my range finder is a perfect fit and in a perfect location, easy to grab quickly. I highly recommend this product.

Bought a 12.5x50 and it didn’t fit in their harness. Fits in yours at half the price.
It works great and has plenty of room for binoculars, rangefinders, tools or extra equipment! It fits well with plenty of adjustability. The only drawback I found is it blocks my vision to my feet. If you’re not absolutely sure of your footing or surroundings, you have to look around it or trip over things.
Great bino pack and the little punch in the front holds my P365 perfect extremely satisfied with it.

Looks great, looks to be made very well . There is a place for my bino's, range finder , a pocket for tages and another compartment fore what ever. season is over and have yet to use it but looking forward to.

More compact than most packs and stays out of the way of the bow.
Liked the quality and really like the flexibility of the two side pouches.

The harness is comfortable,however the rangefinder pouch should have a magnetic lid just like the main compartment.
